UX Research Operations Coordinator

The role
We are looking for a User Research Operations Coordinator to enable the successful planning, recruitment, and execution of all our user research projects, and the management of our user ‘knowledge bank’. The goal is to help us better understand our users and transform the digital product experience of our B2B subscription information service. You will be part of our globally dispersed team; we’re an inquisitive, eager to share and highly collaborative team of Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers and Engineers. We’re here to drive change through delivering great content and great product experiences.
How you will contribute:
- Participant recruitment and management:
Manage the user recruitment, screening, scheduling, and compensation of participants. Including building a database or panel of potential users - Governance:
Understand the application of data-privacy regulations, such as GDPR, to the UX-research process. Develop and manage processes and guidelines for consent, privacy, and information storage - Knowledge management and tools:
Create and manage a shared knowledge ‘database’ of research insights and ensure the consistent use of research tools by non-researchers. The first point of contact for research insights and responsible for socialize findings within the team - Mixed method research:
With help from the B2B Research team, use both qualitative and quantitative techniques to help us understand our user and improve their experience
The ideal skills for this role:
Don’t feel you have to tick every box, the ‘perfect candidate’ doesn’t exist. If you think you can do most of what we are looking for, you could be exactly what we need!
Do you have:
- Experience working within a user research or UX design team in the B2B space
- Experience applying and following UX Research Ops best practice, such as data-privacy compliance, FCA compliance, ISO accreditation
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- An analytical mindset and a desire to learn more about qualitative and quantitative research and analysis within the design process

- Are able to identify gaps and opportunities to create more efficient processes
- Are able to multitask and be flexible with changing priorities or deadlines.
- Are naturally curious about the user, and how insight can help us improve and innovate.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as a cross-functional team.
- Are a good communicator with participants and across all levels in the organisation; can confidently present your views and are comfortable challenging the status quo.
