Your Role

We’re building a next-generation Corporate Affairs department, and we're looking for a communications professional to help us tell our story. In this role, you will be a key player in our public relations efforts, helping to shape our public narrative. You will work on the front lines of our mission to connect with the media and protect our reputation in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

External Communications & Public Relations

  • Prepare corporate content, including press releases, official news, and media-facing materials.
  • Manage institutional partnerships with government and private sector entities, including signing agreements and building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, and public events, ensuring strong brand presence and messaging.
  • Organize regional community engagement initiatives and events that boost Tamara’s visibility and reputation externally and internally in the UAE and beyond.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Design and deliver engaging internal campaigns and events that not only strengthen Tamara’s unique culture but also elevate the overall employee experience.
  • Partner closely with HR and other key departments to enhance internal storytelling, streamline communication flow, and reinforce company purpose.

Executive & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as the essential Corporate Affairs point of contact for Dubai and the UAE market (UAE Hub).
  • Work in close collaboration with the Riyadh-based team to ensure tight alignment on communication priorities, governance, and brand consistency.

Your Expertise

  • 5–8 years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs, with a proven track record in tech, fintech, or scale-up environments. 
  • Storytelling Power: Exceptional writing, creative storytelling, and strategic communications skills in English.
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to proactively manage multiple projects, diverse stakeholders, and external agencies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive & Hands-on: A collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach with strong organizational and executional capabilities.
