Your role

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will be crucial in managing the selection process, overseeing the recruiting managers relationship and making sure that regular updates are provided, along with working together with the research team to oversee a strong talent pipeline.

Drawing on your proficiency in planning, developing and building connections with market stakeholders you will be responsible for generating a talent pool for succession planning and future hires,regularly tracking pipeline activity, negotiating offers, and improving the impact on local talent pipeline and interview process to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide. 

With a proven track record of mastery in Microsoft Office and ATS systems such as Greenhouse, strong negotiation, communication, organization skills, and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your responsibilities

  • Executes the full lifecycle recruiting process for their assigned departments
  • Manage the relationship with hiring managers and ensure regular updates are delivered
  • Collaborate with Research team to manage a healthy talent pipeline
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines  in collaboration with the research team
  • Manage the selection process and ensure that candidates are receiving timely updates on their applications.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact the local talent pipeline and interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and explain the EVP to prospect candidates, provides guidance and recommendations in the areas of relocation, sign-on bonuses etc..
  • Participates in the development and implementation of long and short-term sourcing and hiring strategies for the most challenging and hard-to-fill openings.
  • Build talent pool for succession planning and future hires
  • Proactively build stakeholder relationships in the markets.
  • Reporting on TA metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure ATS is updated and keep data/ reports on hiring needs vs fulfillment.

Your expertise

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an end to end recruiter 
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office and ATS programs like Greenhouse etc. 
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is preferable
  • Passionate about people practices and building a career within talent acquisition
  • Well-organized
