B2B Content Manager

Role Overview
As a B2B Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing all merchant communication strategies, ensuring clear, impactful, and timely messaging. You will work closely with internal teams (and contractors) to craft compelling content, manage proactive and reactive communications, and drive product marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a structured communication plan for SMB merchants, covering product updates, campaigns, and support initiatives.
- Proactive & Reactive Communications: Manage merchant outreach, respond to major issues or concerns, and ensure transparency in messaging.
- Product Marketing Execution: Work closely with product teams to ensure clear and effective positioning of Tamara’s offerings.
- Content Development & Management: Create compelling B2B content, including newsletters, FAQs, and training materials to enhance merchant engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, growth, and product teams to drive unified messaging and impactful campaigns.
Who You Are
- Experience in B2B communications, content marketing, or product marketing in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging tailored to different merchant segments.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and marketing automation platforms (such as Clevertap) is a plus.
