Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager II to lead our in-house Credit Scoring Platform – a self-service solution that empowers analysts and developers across risk and product teams to make data-driven credit decisions. This is a high-impact platform role at the intersection of data, risk, and product strategy.
As the Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for credit scoring– from defining a compelling vision and setting quarterly OKRs, to driving adoption and continuously improving the platform based on user feedback and business needs.
You will work closely with data scientists to support the integration and enrichment of credit scoring models, help streamline data discovery and sourcing, and enable efficient testing and iteration of new scoring approaches. Your focus will be to ensure the platform delivers meaningful value, remains flexible for experimentation, and scales effectively with evolving risk strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Productise the credit scoring by building services which helps users to understand their debt both internally and externally to enable gamification for users interacting with Tamara APP
- Discover and own new/existing integrations for all alternate data sources used for scoring the users wrt enriching Demographics, Income and Expense data enabling better credit and fraud scoring efficiency
- Liaise with the DS team to integrate new data models for fraud, credit and collections and unify the model integration gateway for other teams to consume score for respective use cases.
- Own, simplify, define and supply customer segments based on each model enabling consumer teams to define GTM on targeted segments based on risk models
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to internal platforms, data tools, or credit/risk domains
- Strong skills in problem identification, solution framing, and prioritization
- Proven track record of defining product vision and OKRs and driving cross-functional execution
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and balance short-term needs with long-term scalability
- Experience working closely with risk, analytics, or data science teams
- Understanding of credit decisioning processes and how scoring impacts business performance
- Comfortable defining and tracking platform usage and performance metrics
- Experience supporting data discovery, model testing, and enrichment workflows is a strong plus
- Familiarity with credit scoring, risk modeling, or decisioning platforms
- Exposure to model lifecycle management or MLOps workflows
