As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join us and take ownership of hiring across SurePay.

 

The opportunity

As our only in-house recruiter, you’ll play a key role in making sure we attract, engage, and hire great people across the business.

You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment process,  from headhunting and screening to managing systems and guiding candidates through to offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and our HR Manager to deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has solid agency and internal experience, loves the pace of hiring across different functions, and thrives in an environment where you can take full ownership of your work.

 

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments at SurePay
• Take care of direct sourcing and headhunting, especially for hard-to-fill or technical roles
• Be the go-to person for recruitment systems, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Work closely with hiring managers to draft job specs, shape processes, and support interviews
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish
• Own employer branding activities, including writing engaging job ads and promoting roles
• Handle communication with external recruitment partners when needed
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer processes
• Track and report on recruitment activity to keep the business informed

 

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including time spent in both agency and in-house settings
• Experience hiring tech roles (DevOps and Developers) 
• A confident headhunter who knows how to find and engage passive talent
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS tools
• Strong employer branding instincts (you know how to write a scroll-stopping job post)
• Great communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders with ease
• Proactive, organised, and happy to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
