Your impact

The Partner Manager is responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem by building strategic relationships with systems integrators. This role blends relationship management and business development to drive growth and strengthen market presence. Core responsibilities include developing and executing a partner strategy aligned with company objectives while working with sales, marketing, product, and operations to uncover new opportunities.

The primary focus is on managing and nurturing long-term partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating on joint campaigns and co-selling initiatives.The position also includes overseeing partner enablement training, certifications, events, and communication efforts while regularly analysing performance data to identify ways to enhance engagement and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable partner strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with systems integrators and other strategic partners

  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and co-branded campaigns

  • Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and success

  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and resource support

  • Monitor partner performance using data and KPIs to refine strategy and optimize outcomes

  • Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry meetups

How you’ll succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships, particularly in the banking and financial services space

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and partner sales motions

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and working across cross-functional teams

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link partner activities to company goals

  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are a strong advantage
