Staff QA Automation Architect (f/m/d)

The Mission: Your goal is to design a testing architecture that can keep up with an AI-augmented development team while ensuring the "Source of Truth" in collaborative documents is never corrupted.

Tasks

• The Validation Blueprint: Design the strategy for testing real-time synchronization (CRDT/OT) and "Semantic Merges." You define how we simulate large numbers of concurrent users editing a single document.
• Visual Regression Architecture: Establish the framework for "Pixel-Perfect" testing of the Canvas-based rendering engine. You ensure that a performance tweak doesn't accidentally move a spreadsheet border by 1 pixel.
• Performance Benchmarking: Build the "Continuous Profiling" pipeline. You define the thresholds for our 16ms frame budget and ensure the CI/CD pipeline fails if a PR introduces "jank."
• AI Strategy: Define the Test-Driven Prompting (TDP) standards for the team. You ensure the AI-generated tests are meaningful and cover edge cases in the C++/JS bridge.

Qualifications

• Expertise in systems-architecture
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and how to test for race conditions and "eventual consistency."
• Experience in Game QA Automation or FinTech (where state accuracy is life-or-death).
