Staff Systems Architect (f/m/d)

You are the primary guardian of the technical boundary between the Nextcloud Office frontend and the LibreOffice C++ core. Your job is to solve the "impossible" architectural hurdles that arise when syncing a massive, stateful C++ engine with a modern, real-time Node.js environment. 

Tasks

• The Blueprint: Design the communication protocols (Websockets, WOPI, Shared Memory) that allow Node.js to command the C++ core with sub-10ms latency.
• Digital Archaeology: Reverse-engineer legacy C++ components to find the "Source of Truth" for complex document states and map them to our modern JS architecture.
• AI Orchestration: Curate the technical context (RAG) for our AI sub-agents. You ensure the LLMs "understand" the unique quirks of the LOKit core so the rest of the team can code with precision.
• High-Stakes Review: Act as the final gatekeeper for all bridge-related code. You don't just check if it works; you check if it's mathematically sound for real-time collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expert-level C++ (Modern standards + Legacy understanding).
• You likely have experience in Game Engine Architecture.
• Expereince with High-Frequency Trading—environments where the "cost of abstraction" is measured in milliseconds.
