About the Role

As a Junior Associate – Operations, you will perform daily shift operations to ensure the accurate and smooth settlement of routine fiat and blockchain-based transactions. Working under direct supervision, you will manage daily reconciliations, maintain operational logs, escalate errors promptly, and utilize modern tools and AI to keep workflows efficient. This role requires resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-regulated environment.

What You Will Do

  • Execute routine daily settlement and processing for standard fiat and blockchain-based transaction queues.
  • Perform accurate daily reconciliations and maintain meticulous transaction logs.
  • Monitor transaction queues to meet daily SLA cut-offs and prevent backlogs.
  • Identify processing errors or system glitches promptly and escalate them with detailed context.
  • Leverage approved AI tools, templates, and software to streamline individual tasks and daily outputs.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with peers and immediate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team OKRs and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

 

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, with 0–2 years of experience in financial operations, banking, payments, fintech, or other fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, identify operational discrepancies, and ensure timely issue escalation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening schedules, while adapting to changing operational priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to leverage productivity and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve efficiency; familiarity with customer support platforms and spreadsheets is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a foundational understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, or digital asset operations considered a plus.

The Controller will ensure that such transfers are subject to arrangements that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

In accordance with Section 25 of the PDPA, the Controller will cease to retain documents containing your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is no longer required for (a) the purposes for which it was collected, or (b) for legal or business purposes, including considering you for future opportunities.
