About the Role

The FX & Stablecoins Trader is responsible for leading and managing trading activities across foreign exchange and stablecoin markets. This role focuses on executing trades efficiently, managing liquidity and risk, optimizing pricing strategies, and identifying market opportunities that support profitability and operational performance.

The trader will operate across multiple markets and trading venues, handling spot FX, stablecoin, and treasury-related transactions. A key part of the role is to monitor market movements, liquidity conditions, spreads, and risk exposures to ensure trades are executed at the best possible price while maintaining strong controls.

This role also works closely with finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve trading infrastructure, support new product development, and ensure trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage foreign exchange (FX) and stablecoin trading activities across multiple markets and trading venues.
  • Execute spot and treasury transactions, monitor market trends, liquidity conditions, and risk exposures, and optimise pricing and execution strategies to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams to support product development and trading infrastructure enhancements.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal risk management frameworks, and corporate governance standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • We welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds, including fresh graduates, professionals with relevant experience, and individuals who are looking to transition into a career in FX, stablecoins, treasury, or digital asset trading.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in financial markets, foreign exchange, stablecoins, digital assets, treasury, or trading.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret market data, price movements, trends, and risk factors.
  • Good numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to learn about FX markets, stablecoin trading, liquidity management, treasury operations, and risk controls.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and awareness of the importance of compliance, governance, and risk management.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and respond quickly to market developments.
