
Learning and Development Intern
About the Role
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting end-to-end learning operations and program management. You will be exposed to how training initiatives are planned, executed, and evaluated, while also learning how to manage learning budgets and coordinate with external vendors.
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business teams, giving you practical insight into cross-functional coordination within an organization. You will also develop a data-driven mindset by working with training metrics, tracking participation, and supporting decision-making processes related to employee development.
What You Will Do
- Manage employee Learning & Development (L&D) submissions and ensure timely review and approvals in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update the learning budget tracker, including budget utilization and overall learning data records.
- Support training vendor registration and onboarding through the Procurement process, while maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and learning partners.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and proper documentation of invoices and vendor agreements.
- Manage and update the company training calendar, including sending training invitations, reminders, and related communications to employees and stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end training logistics and execution, including venue setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking, virtual arrangements, and on-site or virtual coordination during sessions.
- Monitor employee participation, completion rates, engagement, and training effectiveness through feedback forms, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on L&D metrics, while supporting communication campaigns, learning program improvements, and onboarding or employee development initiatives such as orientation and competency frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gsheet/Gslides), Canva/Adobe
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) - English is a must
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- AI tool fluency is a plus
