Senior Executive, Events & Marketing Activations

About the Role
StraitsX is looking for a Marketing Manager to support brand growth and engagement across Chinese-speaking markets. This role sits within the Marketing team and focuses on developing localized B2B content, executing partner-led marketing initiatives, and strengthening StraitsX’s market presence through both digital and offline channels.

You will help shape how StraitsX communicates complex product and industry concepts to business audiences, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing campaigns.

What Will You Do

1. Content & Messaging

  • Develop and execute localized content strategies for Chinese-speaking markets across digital, social, and campaign channels.
  • Create and adapt content such as articles, social posts, campaign narratives, and marketing materials for business audiences.
  • Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.

2. Partner Marketing & Campaigns

  • Support and execute partner-led marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, content collaborations, and joint activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent and well-aligned campaign messaging.
  • Assist in creating and localizing campaign assets, decks, and partner-facing materials.


3. Market Presence & Activations

  • Contribute to building StraitsX’s local market presence through workshops, industry sessions, and side events.
  • Support the ideation, planning, and content development for offline and hybrid marketing activities.
  • Extend the impact of activations by repurposing event content into digital and campaign assets.

4.Communications & Localization

  • Localize content for Chinese audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support content distribution across social media, newsletters, websites, and partner channels.
  • Assist with media engagement and thought leadership content in Chinese-language outlets.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or ecosystem development in fintech, blockchain, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese fintech markets, media landscape, social channels, and Web3 communities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Experience managing community, media, and partner stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex messages into accessible and culturally appropriate content for Chinese audiences.
  • Familiarity with executing B2B workshops or side event planning in ecosystem or partner-driven contexts.
  • The role may be based in Singapore, Shenzhen or Hong Kong, and may require some traveling
