Strategic Finance Senior Manager

Singapore

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leading regional fintech. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will drive capital allocation, growth planning, and investor engagement. Your analyses and insights will directly inform strategic decisions across new products, partnerships, and markets — ensuring growth remains disciplined, capital-efficient, and value-accretive.

What You Will Do

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, developing financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and inform key business decisions
  • Strategic & Board Reporting: Drive preparation of board and management materials, distilling complex analyses into clear narratives on company performance
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with product and commercial leaders to challenge business logic, optimize unit economics and drive accountability for growth targets
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support capital-raising efforts through valuation analysis, scenario modeling and due diligence preparation. Manage ongoing investor communications with timely performance updates and actionable insights to inform investor discussions
  • Process & Systems Enhancement: Partner with accounting, commercial, and data teams to improve metric integrity, product-level profitability tracking, and scalability of financial reporting systems. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and strengthen analytical capabilities

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Deep curiosity and understanding of fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends
  • Strategic, ownership-driven mindset — able to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies is a strong plus
