Treasury Strategy Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Strategy Associate to support the day-to-day liquidity oversight and capital management of our stablecoin reserves. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in scenario planning, reserve allocation, capital deployment, policy development, and the monitoring of fund flows that underpin our rapidly growing stablecoin ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor liquidity positions, forecast cash needs, and simulate stress scenarios across products
- Develop a robust liquidity forecasting process to anticipate funding requirements and ensure efficient capital allocation across business lines
- Contribute to asset-liability management (ALM) frameworks to monitor reserve adequacy, funding ladders and liquidity risk exposure
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance visibility, control, and responsiveness
- Prepare regular liquidity and reserve management reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support the drafting and maintenance of key treasury policies, including investment guidelines, reserve frameworks, FX strategy, and counterparty limits
- Assist in the design and upkeep of approval workflows, escalation paths, and governance frameworks related to treasury operations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, FP&A, or risk management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with FX markets, capital planning, and liquidity modeling
- Experience in digital assets, stablecoins, or payments is a strong plus
- Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous
