Our Licensing department sits at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and collaboration. We manage a wide range of licensed partnerships - from iconic film studios to pop culture brands - and bring them to life on products sold across our own platforms and major marketplaces. We are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our Licensing team as an Account Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This is a full-time position with the option to work in a hybrid model from our Leipzig headquarters (or possibility to travel to Leipzig on a weekly basis is required). 

What You´ll Do 

As an Account Manager (f/m/d) in the Licensing team, you’ll play a central role in managing some of our brand partnerships and bringing licensed products to market. Reporting to the Director of Licensing, you’ll work cross-functionally and externally to turn brand IP into successful merchandise. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Key Account Management: Managing and developing key licensing accounts as the main point of contact for both licensors and internal teams.
  • Product & Launch Coordination: Coordinating new product launches and seasonal updates across design, operations, and marketing.
  • Approval Management: Overseeing the product approval process with licensors — from artwork and marketing materials to samples and labels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensuring alignment between licensed assortments and customer demand, working closely with production and category management.
  • Performance & Growth Tracking: Monitoring account performance, spotting trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Conducting market and competitor research to keep our licensed offering competitive and relevant.
  • Reporting & Insights: Royalty reporting to licensors and sharing insights and performance updates with internal stakeholders to drive decision-making. 

What You´ll Bring

  • First experience in a similar role - ideally in licensing, but we’re also open to candidates from related areas like e-commerce, fashion/apparel, or brand/account management.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • An understanding of product development or digital retail processes is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and comfort working in English-speaking environments.
