Web Designer

We’re looking for a creative and technically-savvy Web Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments to join our UK-based team and help drive creative growth across digital and web services. As we scale, You’ll play a key role in delivering high performing, thoughtful design work for campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives across our UK and US accounts.
This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
- Design and maintain high-quality, user-centric web pages that reflect our brand identity
- Collaborating with the in house creative and marketing team to turn concepts into visually compelling and functional websites
- Design and develop user friendly landing pages that drive conversions and are fully optimised for speed, SEO, and mobile devices
- Optimise websites for speed, web accessibility compliance, and SEO best practices
- Contributing to our website refresh and ongoing design system improvements
- Helping improve brand storytelling through layout, typography, colour, motion graphics, across different devices
- Creating content variations for A/B testing and gaining insights for performance optimisation and increase conversation
- Jumping in across projects when needed-this is a collaborative team in a growing startup
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-5 years of experience as a web designer (brand or agency side), ideally in a B2C or consumer environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and web implementation
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Webflow, Sketch/Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals including UI/ UX principles, visual hierarchy, responsive design and colour theory
- Understanding of SEO and web performance metrics
- Ability to work quickly, respond to feedback, and juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity
- Great attention to detail and care for visual consistency
- Collaborative mindset - you’re eager to build, support, and contribute beyond your lane when needed
- Some understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript but not essential
- Interest in women’s health or mission-driven work is a bonus
