Performance Marketing Analyst

Paid media is one of our most powerful growth levers for the SheMed programme, with significant investment directed toward Google, Meta and other paid platforms to drive awareness and acquisition. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to help shape the development of smarter, insight-led strategies that drive measurable growth and customer acquisition.

This role will work at the intersection of creative, data, and digital strategy—helping us design, execute, and iterate on campaigns that perform. You’ll translate data into action, shape our testing roadmap, inform platform-specific plans, and identify opportunities to scale what works. Ultimately, your strategic leadership will help SheMed maximise the return on our marketing investment and reach the people who need us most.

This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Monitor paid media performance: Track and interpret key performance metrics across paid media channels such as Meta and Google (e.g. CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, LTV proxies, conversion funnels) and surface actionable insights to the team.
  • Attribution modeling: Work with engineering to improve cross-platform attribution (including post-iOS14 workarounds), and help align ad performance with real customer value.
  • A/B Testing: Work closely with the product and marketing team to design A/B tests and analyse outcomes that drive improvements across landing pages and the checkout experience.
  • Data integrity & infra: Partner with engineering to improve tracking (e.g. GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Meta CAPI, offline conversions).
  • Forecasting & pacing: Build models to predict performance and support budget planning and performance scaling.
  • Market intelligence: Stay on top of performance trends in DTC health and women’s wellness. Share insights on competitor strategies and category benchmarks.
  • Growth monitoring: Use dashboards that roll ad performance into broader LTV/CAC/payback models to support investor updates and internal strategy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing analytics, marketing science, or data analytics with a focus on Google & Meta platforms.
  • Understand the technical side of performance — e.g. UTM structure, event tagging, GTM, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, etc.
  • Have worked closely with engineers and can speak their language when it comes to data pipelines, event tracking, and APIs.
  • Are excited to dive into both strategic insights and day-to-day optimisation of high-growth marketing channels.
  • Bonus: Can write advanced SQL and are comfortable with BI tools such as Tableau, GA4, and spreadsheets.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, DTC subscriptions, or working with clinical outcome data.
