What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor the DevOps team, driving technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Own the company's cloud infrastructure strategy across multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Define and drive the DevOps roadmap, including infrastructure architecture, automation, CI/CD, observability, and operational best practices.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Product, and Engineering leadership to design and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Lead infrastructure and architectural decisions, evaluating and implementing new cloud technologies and open-source solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, including leadership or technical leadership responsibilities in high-scale distributed systems.
  • 2+ years of proven experience leading DevOps initiatives and mentoring engineers in a Linux-based production environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized environments, and microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure across multi-cloud platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Experience driving cloud cost optimization, resource governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering and business teams.
  • Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English.
