VP of Human Resources
As VP of Human Resources, you will lead ScaleOps’ global people strategy and help build the organization required for our next stage of growth. You will partner closely with the executive team and managers across the company to scale our culture, leadership capabilities, organizational structure, and people operations.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who knows how to build in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will bring strong judgment, business orientation, and operational excellence while creating an exceptional and high-performance employee experience.
What You Will Be Doing

Own and execute the global HR and people strategy in alignment with company goals

Lead organizational planning, workforce strategy, performance management, and succession planning
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding

Build scalable HR processes, policies, systems, and infrastructure across multiple countries

Strengthen ScaleOps’ culture of excellence, ownership, speed, and accountability

Coach and develop managers to become stronger people leaders

Lead compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, and retention programs

Use people data and insights to identify risks, improve decision-making, and support business growth

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR requirements across all locations

Build and lead a strong global HR and People Operations team
About You

Proven experience leading HR or People in a global, high-growth technology company

Experience scaling an organization through significant growth and change

Strong business judgment and the ability to connect people strategy to company performance

Deep experience in talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations

Knowledge of global employment practices, particularly in the United States and Israel

Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on

Direct, thoughtful communicator who can influence leaders and handle sensitive situations with sound judgment

Data-driven, highly organized, and able to move quickly without compromising quality

Thrives in an ambitious, fast-paced environment with high standards

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus
