The Mission:

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive that will help us drive Scalapay’s growth by forging and managing partnerships with global enterprise clients in key industries like Cosmetics, Fashion, Travel, and more. As a strategic dealmaker, you’ll collaborate with C-level decision-makers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Win Big Deals: Target, pitch, and close enterprise-level partnerships, crafting strategies to expand Scalapay’s presence.
  • Own Relationships: Build trust with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders, becoming their go-to advisor.
  • Strategize & Close: Design sales plans, negotiate contracts, and guide deals from start to finish.
  • Collaborate: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success and shape Scalapay’s growth.
  • Report Smarter: Leverage CRM (Hubspot) and data to track progress, share insights, and exceed targets.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, in Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven Success: A history of closing global deals, smashing targets, and understanding enterprise needs in industries like Fashion and Travel.
  • Sales Mastery: you follow a sales methodology, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic Edge: Big-picture thinker with sharp business acumen and a disciplined sales approach.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM and analytics tools (Hubspot experience is a bonus).

Hiring Process:

  1. A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members
  2. A first interview with the French Country Manager to deep dive into your experiences and better understand your motivation
  3. A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with the a panel of managers
  4. A final chat with Simone (our CEO) where he will share and assess the Scalapay Values
