Profile Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead Juicer.io, our leading social media aggregator, into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive marketing and product experience, managing and scaling SaaS products. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, innovative thinking, and a strong ability to execute product initiatives and drive success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Work closely with the Product team and the leadership team to develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy that includes pricing, packaging, competitive & unique selling points, and value delivered to customers. Ensure the product roadmap aligns with the company’s overall vision and business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute Juicer’s marketing and product strategy effectively. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the organization. You’ll lead a company of 14 people (Tech, Product, Growth and Customer Success), and manage & mentor managers.
  • Customer Key accounting and product selling: Engage with higher-value customers and prospects to understand their needs and challenges. Promote the offering for higher-value prospects and customers. Strategize methods to extend customer lifetime and ARPA. Work on their contracts for new and existing subscriptions.
  • Influence and Optimize the operational budget of the business, interact with controlling, optimize for growth.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation within the product and the company. Identify new market opportunities and leverage emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and create competitive advantages.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in a management role within a SaaS or digital product environment. Experience in managing managers is strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and product-sense, ability to shape the product at a high level.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive product and company growth.
  • Understanding of web technologies.
