In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

 

You will :

  • Own and manage client accounts to ensure both performance and business objectives are achieved, proactively identifying issues and driving improvements
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through professional and timely communication, ensuring trust, alignment, business growth, and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Translate client goals into actionable media strategies based on data analysis, providing regular performance reports and optimization recommendations with clear rationale
  • Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, closely monitoring campaign and scalability
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of account management, including campaign setup, data checks, reporting, and financial processes, with strong attention to detail
  • Manage and align multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and expectation alignment
  • Identify growth opportunities for upselling existing clients based on their needs and performance, recommending additional solutions that can enhance their campaigns

 

Desired Experience:

  • At least 3 years in account management, experience with large clients
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or 1+ years in retargeting 
  • Knowledge and experience in the digital media, tool, and programmatic area,
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently manage accounts and campaigns
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Native level of Korean skill and Business English skill
