Business Intelligence Analyst (Bidding Platform)

We are: 

RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel. 

We are looking for BI analysts to join our Bidding Platform organization which is the core of the RTB business, processing over 20 million requests per second to participate in real-time auctions and display advertisements to customers from 90+ countries.

You will:

  • Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
  • Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
  • Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.

Desired experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics
  • SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google BigQuery is a strong plus).
  • Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English.
