Measurement Strategy Manager

United States

We Are:

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company is the market leader in driving performance using Deep Learning across the entire purchase funnel.

Founded in 2012 and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House has always been private-by-design. It embraces first-party advertising and a relentless approach to innovation. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.

In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

Why RTB House:

In this role on the Global Product Commercialization (GPC) team, you will own how RTB House proves its value. This person is our in-house expert on measuring performance media — every method a client might use to judge us, every third party that runs those tests, and how we earn a better result when the measurement is on the table.

You Will:

Map how clients measure our value

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how clients evaluate the value and effectiveness of RTB House marketing across product lines, including Retargeting (RTG), Quality Traffic, Performance Video, Co-op, and new products as they launch.
  • Establish a clear internal framework for what success looks like for clients across different products and measurement approaches.

Build the measurement taxonomy

  • Define and maintain a comprehensive taxonomy of measurement methodologies, including attribution, geo-split (market-level) testing, user-split A/B incrementality testing, MMM (media mix modeling), MTA (multi-touch attribution), and emerging approaches.
  • Maintain a current view of the measurement landscape and the companies operating within each category.

Own third-party measurement intelligence

  • Develop deep expertise in the third-party measurement ecosystem, including incrementality, MMM, and attribution providers used by clients to evaluate performance.
  • Build a strong understanding of key vendors, including their methodologies, data inputs, strengths, limitations, and evolving market position.
  • Monitor and develop relationships with relevant measurement partners, identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes.

Build the standard for performing under measurement

  • Develop standards and playbooks for how RTB House prepares for and performs in measurement tests, and enable commercial teams to apply these best practices effectively.
  • Provide direct support on high-impact or strategically significant measurement initiatives, while building scalable processes that enable teams to manage tests independently.
  • Turn learnings from individual measurement engagements into repeatable frameworks and best practices that can be adopted across the organization.

Develop and pilot new measurement and identity approaches

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and pilot new approaches to measurement, leveraging emerging data sources and identity solutions in alignment with GPC’s data and identity strategy.
  • Design and manage measurement pilots, establish clear success criteria, and evaluate results objectively to inform future strategy.

Strengthen our measurement narrative

  • Translate measurement insights into GPC’s positioning and messaging, strengthening how RTB House communicates its ability to demonstrate client value.
  • Partner with the positioning team to translate measurement expertise and credibility into compelling, market-facing narratives.

Train and enable commercial teams

  • Develop and deliver measurement training for commercially-facing teams, including Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Client Partners across markets.
  • Translate the measurement landscape, taxonomy, and best practices into practical resources that teams can apply in client conversations.
  • Continuously evolve training and enablement as measurement methodologies, vendors, and RTB House products develop, ensuring consistent knowledge and best practices across regions.

Who You Are:

You’ve bought performance marketing and worked directly within these measurement systems. This is a core requirement for the role. You bring hands-on experience with:

  • Vendor-run incrementality studies, including geo- and user-split testing
  • Vendor UIs and self-serve measurement platforms
  • Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • In-house analytics team scoring — you’ve partnered with data science and analytics teams to evaluate media performance
  • MMM (media mix modeling) and MTA (multi-touch attribution)
  • Third-party measurement companies — you’ve commissioned, managed, and interpreted their tests

You’ve had to defend media budgets using these tools, so you understand where each methodology is reliable, where it can be misleading, and how a vendor’s methodology and approach can influence the outcome.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience buying or overseeing performance media at a brand, agency, or platform, with direct accountability for measured outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency across the measurement methods outlined above — not simply theoretical familiarity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain a methodology’s mechanics and potential biases to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Structured, self-directed operator who is comfortable owning an ambiguous, cross-functional mandate within a small team.

Preferred:

  • Experience on both sides of a measurement test — as the buyer being measured and as a partner running the test.
  • Exposure to identity and data-rights considerations in measurement, including clean rooms, HEM/hashed identity, and privacy-safe methods.
  • Familiarity with the retargeting landscape and its competitive set.
  • Experience building and delivering training or enablement for commercial teams, translating technical measurement concepts into practical guidance for the field, ideally across multiple regions.
