The Talent Acquisition Team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver top-tier technical talent across our specialized R&D and product departments.

You Will:

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for diverse technical roles, including Software Engineers (Big Data, Machine Learning, Backend Development), Research Scientists, and Product Managers and many more. 
  • Source Strategically: Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques, focusing on high-quality candidates who thrive in high-scale environments.
  • Partner with Leadership: Act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to calibrate requirements and optimize the interview process.
  • Optimize Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging journey for every candidate, reflecting RTB House’s values.
  • Drive Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our recruitment process. 

Desired Experience: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced product company or a specialized agency.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and Polish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to distinguish between various tech stacks and seniority levels.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where "quality over quantity" is the guiding principle.
