Fixed Term Contract (6 months, renewable)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Associate to support our Program team in delivering value to our partners. This contract role (6 months, renewable) will play a key part in identifying prospective partners, supporting existing ones, and ensuring smooth program execution. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in the maritime industry, a keen interest in sustainability and innovation, and the flexibility to take on a range of tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted industry research to identify companies that align with the team’s goals and values.
- Support the onboarding and servicing of partners, including coordination of deliverables, meetings, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, case studies, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partners, leads, and activities using internal tools (e.g., SalesForce).
- Coordinate meeting logistics, take notes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Able to navigate within a multi-layered organization with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing and awareness-building efforts by helping prepare content drafts, event briefs, or collateral.
- Monitor industry news, innovation trends, and competitor activity relevant to program focus areas.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the Program as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sustainability to ensure alignment.
- Adapt to evolving needs and priorities with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with current developments in technology and SaaS business space.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree, diploma in maritime or business administration
- 1–2 years of work experience in the maritime industry, preferably in roles related to partnerships, operations, sustainability, or innovation.
- Familiarity with key industry players, challenges, and sustainability trends in the maritime sector.
- Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot is a plus.
- A self-starter with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
