We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the Digital Services team and support the execution of internal digital transformation initiatives at RightShip. This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency across functions such as Commercial, Finance, and Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture business needs, document existing workflows, manage implementation timelines, and track project outcomes.
This is a hands-on delivery role reporting directly to the Head of Digital Services.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage internal digital transformation projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning through implementation and rollout
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Finance) to gather requirements, define business processes, and identify automation opportunities
- Document as-is and to-be workflows, ensuring clarity and alignment with system capabilities
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and vendors as needed to ensure successful delivery of internal solutions
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs; provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support change management efforts including communication, training and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to reporting on project outcomes, adoption rates and operational impact
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or internal systems
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization in functions like Finance, Sales or Service Delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software delivery lifecycles
- Strong documentation skills (process maps, SOPs, requirements)
- Nice to have - Experience with Salesforce and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or Excel)
