Influencer Marketing Manager

What will you do in this role:


1. Explore and scale influencer partnerships – Launch campaigns across different markets, onboard and motivate influencers to deliver their best work, and collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., performance marketing) to create cohesive strategies.
2. Influencer marketing communication – Build and scale meaningful partnerships with creators worldwide. Run A/B tests on creatives, emails, and other elements to optimize performance. Manage risks by coordinating with legal, financial, and other departments to ensure smooth collaborations.
3. Reporting and measurement – Track campaign performance, measure KPIs, analyze ROI, and report findings to stakeholders and the team.

 

About you:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience working with influencers or a related field with proven experience in scaling influencer campaigns for brand awareness and App install/subscriptions
  • Balance of data-driven and strategic thinking, as well as creativity
  • Collaboration skills to manage and coordinate projects with a global, cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of performance marketing space and direct response KPI’s
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results. Measuring campaign results and reporting on them
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

 

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, including programs, software, and tracking
  • Experience with large-scale email sending and tracking
