What you’ll do:
- Develop Product Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions for B2B audiences and maintain competitive positioning through market analysis.
- Create and Manage Product Collateral: Develop and optimize materials like whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead product launches and feature updates, aligning with sales and product teams.
- Drive Demand Generation: Collaborate on marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads and grow revenue.
- Leverage Customer Insights: Gather and analyze client feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify key personas.
- Support Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with tools like pitch decks, battle cards, and product demos.
- Optimize Web Presence: Work with web teams to improve visibility, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Measure and Optimize Marketing Efforts: Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies based on data.
- Enhance Cross-Functional Efficiency: Propose workflow improvements and challenge measurement tools for better outcomes.
About you:
- B2B Product Marketing Experience: 3+ years in product marketing with a proven track record of driving product adoption and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Expertise: Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, with knowledge of UTM tracking and attribution modeling.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Experience using ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus to target high-value accounts.
- SEO, SEM & Digital Advertising: Knowledge of SEO best practices, tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, and running paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social platforms.
- Content & Email Marketing: Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and experience with email marketing tools like Braze or Mailchimp.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for campaign coordination and cross-functional teamwork.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, develop compelling messaging, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Results-Driven & Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while focusing on data-driven decision-making and achieving business objectives.
Would be a plus:
- Experience marketing SaaS or tech products.
- Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., education, healthcare, construction, IT, automotive, manufacturing).
