Junior Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)- Italian Speaking

Are you passionate about helping customers and delivering outstanding service? Join our Customer Service (Contact Center) – 1st Level Italian team at Raisin and support our Italian-speaking customers with a first-class service experience.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them mainly via phone and email (with live chat planned for the future). Your focus will be on service and support, not sales or investment advice, helping customers navigate our financial products and processes with confidence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted contact person for our customers by quickly developing strong knowledge of Raisin’s products and processes
  • Independently handle customer inquiries via phone and written communication
  • Support customers with questions related to account opening, the investment process, and basic tax topics
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide effective, customer-oriented solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues across Customer Service and other Raisin teams to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction through your friendly and professional manner
  • Share and implement ideas to continuously improve processes and ways of working

Your Profile

  • Italian at C2 level, both written and spoken, allowing you to communicate confidently and professionally with customers
  • A good command of English for smooth collaboration in an international environment
  • Experience in customer service or customer support — or a strong communication background from another industry with a willingness to learn
  • A genuine enjoyment of communicating with customers via phone and email, always aiming to find the right solution
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and stay calm under pressure, even during busy periods
  • Curiosity for complex topics, with an interest in modern finance and capital markets
  • Confidence using digital tools and strong IT skills, particularly with Google Workspace
  • High quality standards, reliability, and the ability to maintain an overview in fast-paced situations
  • Based in Berlin and motivated to work in an international, diverse team
  • Additional language skills such as German, Dutch, or Spanish are a plus, but not required
