The Retention Team is looking for a strategic and experienced CRM/Email Marketing Specialist to optimize and automate our communication system.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize email and push campaigns to increase user engagement, retention, and conversion.

Segment user base and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.

Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements (open rate, CTR, CR).

Build automated communication flows (drip, onboarding, win-back, etc.).
-
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
-
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.

Collect user feedback and leverage insights to enhance content and strategy.

Work on conversion rate optimization and identify friction points in the user funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in email marketing, customer engagement, or CRM management (we use OneSignal but are open to experience with other platforms).

Experience in fintech or trading platforms is preferred.
-
Conversational-level English is required, as we work in a cross-functional and multinational environment.

Basic knowledge of HTML for email content creation.

Proven track record of improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
-
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze).

Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization methods.
