- Market Development: Identify and develop business opportunities within the LATAM region to drive growth and market penetration.
- IB Acquisition: Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the LATAM market to achieve company objectives.
- Product Promotion: Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
- IB Network: Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the LATAM financial markets and regulatory environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Technology: Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
