Product Designer

How you are going to impact 🛠

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Design end-to-end user journeys and interfaces for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs in Figma, following the design system and building scalable component structures.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify best practices and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Maintain and evolve the existing design system: update UI kits, components, and documentation to support consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, team brainstorms, and product demos.

Discover your Fit 🪄

• 3+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX design, ideally in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high-complexity products
• Strong portfolio showing work on mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web products
• Solid understanding of platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines)
• Experience working with design systems: maintaining components, collaborating with devs
• Comfortable working in agile
• Able to present and justify your design decisions clearly and constructively
• Familiarity with handoff tools (Figma)
• Proficient in user research, competitor benchmarking, and UX discovery techniques
• Strong communication skills in English
