Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a Junior or Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team remotely or on-site in Cyprus, and support mass hiring efforts across a wide range of non-tech roles — including but not limited to physical security, administrative staff, and other business support positions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment fundamentals and high energy who wants to grow their career in a dynamic industry. Experience in iGaming is not required, but you must be open to learning the business environment and adapting quickly.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume, non-technical roles (e.g. security staff, office assistants, receptionists, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements;
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout;
- Coordinate hiring processes efficiently to meet tight timelines and headcount goals;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking;
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives at the local level.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and recruitment targets.
Essential professional experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on mass or volume hiring;
- Experience hiring for non-tech roles, ideally in the Cyprus market;
- Knowledge of interview techniques and screening best practices;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (experience with GreenHouse will be a plus), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
- Strong time-management skills and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness and ability to learn the iGaming domain and internal business operations;
- Proactive mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement;
- Fluency in Ukrainian;
- Upper-intermediate English is a must.
