We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from business units;
• Document business processes and identify areas for optimization;
• Prepare technical specifications and functional requirements for the development team;
• Collaborate with developers and key users;
• Test implemented functionality and perform acceptance testing;
• Provide user consultations, assist in training and support;
• Provide user support, including creating user accounts in the system;
• Configure user roles and access rights according to their job responsibilities;
• Assist in identifying and resolving user issues and system errors;
• Maintain project documentation up to date.

Essential professional experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in projects involving automation on the 1C platform;
• Knowledge of standard 1C configurations: ERP /BAS/ UPP / Trade Management /Accounting (one or more);
• Understanding of the 1C:Enterprise platform architecture and capabilities;
• Experience preparing technical specifications, functional requirements, and user manuals;
• Proficiency in Excel, Confluence, Asana or similar tools;
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders: eliciting needs, prioritizing requirements;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience participating in ERP implementation projects;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of accounting, management accounting;
• 1C certifications (desirable but not mandatory).
