Senior Performance Analyst

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a talented Senior Performance Analyst to join our team. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze and evaluate the business performance of igaming-related investments and the group’s business assets, including detailed financial and operational assessments;
• Develop and implement performance management strategies to maximize ROI and business outcomes;
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align goals and ensure consistent execution of strategies;
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and identify growth opportunities within the igaming sector;
• Create financial models to evaluate investment opportunities;
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization;
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and investors;
• Preparation of investment materials/documents.

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or related field;
• Strong corporate finance or investment background is required – 5+ years of experience;
• Big4, Big3, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE background is advantage;
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance and data analysis;
• M&A experience; 
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities;
• Proficiency with spreadsheets. BI or statistical data analysis tools are advantage;
• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently;
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills;
• Knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages is mandatory.
