Hospitality & VIP Relations Manager

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We're looking for a Hospitality & VIP Relations Manager to elevate our partner engagement through exclusive events and premium hospitality experiences.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee personalized gifting, including tracking special occasions;
- Build and maintain a strong partner community through engagement initiatives;
- Provide concierge-level support for event-related travel, such as hotel bookings, visa support, etc.;
- Plan and execute VIP partner events, including sports events and exclusive gatherings;
- Manage logistics, and ensure a seamless experience;
- Secure premium tickets, reservations, and exclusive access for partners;
- Maintain and leverage an extensive network to enhance event offerings.
Essential professional experience:
- Proven experience in VIP hospitality, event management, or partner relations;
- Strong industry network with the ability to secure tickets and premium services;
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian;
- Willingness to travel and manage events across different locations.
