About the role
We want to build a brand finance loves – and content is how that brand shows up every day.
As a Content Manager, you’ll sit inside one of our GTM pods and own the content roadmap for that product area. You’ll turn the pod’s strategy into high-quality web, long-form, social, and ad content that resonates with finance teams and performs across search, AI-powered discovery, and campaigns. You’ll take complex product ideas and turn them into engaging narratives and creative formats that help finance teams understand, care, and take action.
You’ll report to the Content Director however work directly with Product Marketing, SEO, ABM and Sales to make sure your pod tells a clear, consistent, and compelling story – from the main website pages down to a single LinkedIn post or PPC ad.
Key responsibilities
- Own the content calendar for your GTM pod and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Turn product and audience insight into clear, helpful, and differentiated content ideas.
- Write, edit and brief content to internal and external contributors, ensuring everything meets our quality bar and brand voice.
- Create content that’s purposeful, benefit-driven, reusable, and easy to scale across multiple regions and formats.
- Work with design, web and performance teams to package and distribute content in the right formats and channels.
- Regularly review performance (web analytics, SEO data, campaign metrics, engagement) and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
- Contribute to and uphold shared content standards, guidelines and templates across pods.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting or editorial roles; SaaS / fintech / finance audiences are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong writing and editing skills — for English and Spanish/French, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and credibly to senior business/finance audiences.
- Hands-on experience creating web copy, long-form content, conversion/ad copy, and campaign assets (including video briefs), and social media for complex products.
- Experience working with SEO, paid media or product marketing on multiple formats including webpages, blogs, case studies, guides, social posts, scripts, ad copy.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects with a consistent track record of hitting deadlines.
- Strong foundational knowledge with content and AI tools, and an interest in how AI-powered search and assistants change how content gets discovered.
