Marketing Manager B2B Online Marketing (m/f/d)- Munich

Your tasks
- Corporate Marketing Focus: You are responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous development of various marketing activities for Online Birds and our three brands (Online Birds, Online Birds Education, and Hotel Digital Score).
- Performance Marketing: You plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. You analyze campaign performance based on data insights and continuously refine our marketing strategy.
- E-Mail Marketing Automation: You design and implement email marketing automations for lead generation and lead nurturing while continuously optimizing existing workflows along the customer journey.
- Content & Newsletter Ownership: You take ownership of our weekly newsletter “Midnight Snack” as well as the creation of content such as blog articles and case studies — from concept development to performance optimization.
- Social Media Management: You manage our social media channels on Instagram and LinkedIn, plan and publish content, and continuously strengthen our online presence and community engagement.
- CRM, Data & Reporting: You maintain our systems and data in a structured way, analyze lead development throughout the funnel, and derive actionable insights to further improve our marketing activities.
- AI & Automation Integration: You ensure that existing AI solutions and automations (e.g., via n8n) are effectively utilized, further developed, and sustainably integrated into our marketing processes.
