Working Student Accounting (m/f/d) – Munich

Your Tasks
- Contract Management & Customer Data: You create and amend contracts based on requests from our project managers, maintain relevant customer data, and communicate with customers when required.
- Invoicing: You prepare and process invoices based on signed contracts and ensure that all billing-related information is recorded correctly.
- Review & Quality Assurance: You check contracts and invoices for completeness and plausibility and ensure that all data and amounts match.
- Data Maintenance & Documentation: You obtain missing customer information, such as billing details or SEPA mandates, and accurately maintain documents and processes in the relevant systems.
- Follow-ups & Clarification: You keep track of missing information, signatures, and approvals, answer questions from colleagues, and escalate discrepancies or unclear cases to the relevant contacts.
- Travel Expense Billing: You review submitted travel expense documents, prepare the corresponding customer invoices, and clarify any missing or unclear information.
- Monthly Intercompany Charges: You handle the monthly allocation of services and costs between our Austrian and German entities, as well as relevant media budgets.
- Quality Checks & Deadlines: You carry out the required quality checks, document the results, and ensure that all monthly intercompany charges are completed by the 15th of each month.
Your Profile
- Education: You are currently studying business administration, tourism, hospitality management, or a comparable subject.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
- Accounting Knowledge: You have a good understanding of accounting, ideally including experience with accounting systems such as DATEV.
- Working Style: You work in a structured and process-oriented manner and are reliable and discreet.
- Digital Skills: You are confident using digital tools and MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
