Sales Manager / Closer (m/f/d) – Berlin

Your Tasks

  • 1:1 Sales Consulting: You conduct structured sales calls and in-person meetings with prospects who have already been qualified by our setters. You analyze their current situation, identify specific challenges, and develop tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Closing Sales: You manage qualified sales opportunities from the initial consultation through to contract signing, confidently lead negotiations, and lay the foundation for long-term client relationships through professional and consultative sales.
  • Proposal & Decision Process: You create tailored proposals, present them convincingly, and manage the entire decision-making process through consistent follow-ups until the deal is successfully closed.
  • Pipeline & CRM: You work systematically with our CRM, transparently document your sales activities, keep your pipeline up to date, and ensure reliable sales forecasting.
  • Client & Market Understanding: You understand the challenges of the hospitality industry, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and actively contribute valuable insights from client conversations to the ongoing development of our sales approach.
  • Networking & Market Presence: You strategically expand your network within the hospitality industry and represent Online Birds at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings.

Your Profile

  • Sales Experience: You have at least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in consultative sales, such as in an agency, SaaS, software, or consulting environment.
  • Hospitality Expertise: You understand the challenges of the hospitality industry from your own professional experience and can confidently engage with hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers on an equal footing.
  • Consultative Skills & Closing Mindset: You inspire clients through professional, solution-oriented consulting, identify opportunities, and confidently guide sales opportunities through to closing with commitment and tact.
  • Independence & Organization: You work in a structured and independent manner, take ownership of your pipeline, and consistently use CRM systems to ensure an efficient sales process.
  • Digital Mindset: You are interested in online marketing and digital business models and are confident working with CRM systems and modern AI tools.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in German at a professional negotiation level and confident communicating in English.
  • Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel within the DACH region for client meetings and industry events.

Further Information

Structured Onboarding: During your first three months, you will learn our sales system from the ground up and receive comprehensive training as a Setter. This will give you a deep understanding of our target audience, our sales approach, and how we qualify prospects. From your fourth month onwards, you will begin your structured onboarding as a Closer, gradually taking on responsibility for sales consultations and closing deals. At the same time, you know the entire sales process and are ready to actively step into appointment setting and new customer acquisition yourself whenever needed.
