About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Specialist to join our dynamic team for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive and support our overall marketing goals.

This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for digital and virtual events, marketing program supports and looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own landing page set up using page-building tools.
• Own website content in the CMS: planning, publication, and tracking (not creation).
• Set up and execute webinars on platforms (Zoom or similar), analyze and report on performance.
• Monitor and report on webinar engagement metrics (willingness to learn analytical tools).
• Support localization projects and maintain the asset library.
• Take part in the creation of demand-generation marketing campaigns.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, meeting planning, and status reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• From 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, events, or webinar management preferably in a technology section.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms, project management tools (Jira, Notion etc.) and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management (Salesforce).
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot or similar) a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn more analytical tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• English – Professional working proficiency
