About The Role

We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our rapidly expanding global team as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable function by processing invoices, assisting with expense reports, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring accurate data entry in the accounting system. You will work closely with the finance team to help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.

What You’ll Do

• Process and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Ensure invoices are properly coded and approved before payment.
• Assist with preparing payment runs.
• Support vendor account reconciliations and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Assist the finance team with month-end closing tasks.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in accounts payable, finance, or an administrative accounting role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
