Partner Account Manager

Object First is seeking a Partner Account Manager to support our expansion across the Nordics region. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing partner programs designed to increase sales, recruit new partners, and develop them for Object First.
Your role will involve promoting and communicating online and offline programs and tools to enhance partner product knowledge and educational initiatives. This includes creating and implementing strategic plans tailored to the Nordics region.
The ideal candidate will possess a “can-do” attitude and seamlessly transition from strategic planning to hands-on implementation. This position requires strong program and project management skills across the Nordics region, with the ability to understand and address partner needs and translate them into successful experiences that drive revenue growth and deepen partner engagement with Object First.
This role reports to VP Sales, Western Europe.
Requirements:
- Partner Account Management experience.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in building an active network of VARs and MSPs in the Nordics region.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales through managing partner accounts.
- Expertise in establishing strong relationships with partner C-level executives and management.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across various organizations, prioritizing business activities as needed.
- Proficiency in creating, evaluating, and following up on partner business plans to achieve set goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional diary and time management abilities.
- Driving license: required for travel within the region.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Veeam solutions knowledge.
- Experienced with using on a daily basis Salesforce CRM.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a highly trusted and professional partner network across the Nordics region.
- Engage effectively with channel partners to meet revenue targets in the Nordics region.
- Create and implement channel plans with top partners.
- Partner Development: Work with partners to strengthen their commitment and capabilities to meet financial metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain close day-to-day collaboration with regional Nordics team members (Sales, Inside Sales, SEs, Marketing).
- Collaborate with Veeam teams to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Manage partner pipeline through deal registrations and other mechanisms.
- Find synergies with Partner Account Managers across other EMEA regions to share and define best practices.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure partner performance and address any gaps.
