Join us as a Senior DevOps / System Engineer to support a real laboratory testing environment, building and maintaining test infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and centralized test environments that ensure the quality of a complete ecosystem of laboratory products in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / System Engineer to lead infrastructure, CI/CD, and test environment management for a QA team working on multiple products. You will ensure reliable test environments, support automation frameworks, and integrate with DevOps and QA processes.

This is a strategic role in which you will act as the technical backbone of the QA team, enabling smooth deployment, testing, and integration across products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain test environments replicating real laboratory conditions.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with QA teams to support automation frameworks and testing requirements.
  • Oversee containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and coordinate with cloud platforms if needed.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability of test environments.
  • Provide guidance on test environment planning, versioning, and configuration management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting QA and automation teams in regulated or complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
