About the Role

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers to join Nuvolar and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple industries. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customizations, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce platform. You will also support data migration, maintain best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Perform data migrations, transformations, and loading from legacy systems.
  • Design and implement complex sharing models and apply Salesforce best practices for declarative and programmatic development.
  • Define and execute test plans, ensuring quality, scalability, environment independence, and security.
  • Document technical solutions, system architecture, user stories, and development processes.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and contribute to innovation and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and SQL.
  • Experience with deployment and release management tools (Copado, GitHub, or similar).
  • Experience writing unit tests and implementing Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Salesforce certifications required: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Developer I or II, App Builder.
