About the Role

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultants to support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries. In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations and custom developments within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, consultants, and architects to ensure robust solution design, seamless integrations, and successful deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into clear, scalable technical designs.
  • Configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, flows, security models, and validation rules.
  • Develop high-quality custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and implement complex sharing models and apply best practices for trigger patterns and reusable logic.
  • Create end-to-end integration designs, mapping data flows and system interactions.
  • Prepare and execute test plans, ensuring code coverage, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Support deployment and release processes using tools such as Copado or similar DevOps solutions.
  • Perform data quality checks and manage data migration tasks with tools like Data Loader.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and project types.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative configuration.
  • Experience with release and environment management within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to guide technical project phases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strong communication in English and Spanish.
  • Highly valued certifications: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, and one or more Cloud Consultant certifications.
