About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join Nuvolar, contributing to a pharmaceutical industry project focused on data infrastructure and deployment solutions.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure, supporting the full lifecycle of microservices and ensuring smooth CI/CD operations. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize deployment processes and proactively monitor system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and manage microservices using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployment cycles.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools, best practices, and technologies.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python preferred) for automation and system integration.
- Solid experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments.
- Expertise with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), source control (Git), and change management systems (e.g., Jira).
- Experience in cloud infrastructure design, microservices deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.
