The role

As our Salesforce Consultant, you will be working on various projects, one of them will be focused on the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safety equipment sector. You will leverage your Salesforce knowledge, commercial experience, problem-solving skills, and creativity to manage and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem from end-to-end.

Expected Functions / Key Results:
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong focus on Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless connectivity between all clouds through Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, develop tailored technology solutions, and ensure alignment across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service) and Marketing Cloud.
  • Clearly communicate project scope, concepts, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding of solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Design and implement advanced automated customer journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, while also advising clients on optimization across the full Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Effectively manage and deliver multiple customer solutions, with a focus on Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud integrations, keeping to tight deadlines.
  • Configure the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds), handling troubleshooting, data uploads, and deployment to meet client needs.
  • Architect and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions across both Salesforce Core Clouds and Marketing Cloud, ensuring a unified platform experience.
  • Drive Salesforce automation to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.
  • Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party applications or data sources.
  • Conduct user training and foster adoption across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on integrating Salesforce Core Clouds.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales and Service Cloud) and their integration with Marketing Cloud, with the ability to design and implement solutions across all three clouds.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of data models, working with APIs, and platform configurations across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Familiarity with 1+ of the programming languages used in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (Query Studio), or Guide Template Language.
  • Experience designing and managing customer journeys, along with associated data models, and working extensively with Marketing Cloud Studios (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
  • Strong experience in reporting and analyzing performance metrics across both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Core Clouds (Sales and Service).
  • Nice to have: Proficiency with Analytics Builder, including Data Views, Discover Reports, and Einstein Engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including email marketing, PPC, and other performance metrics, within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Certifications: 

  • Sales or/and Service Cloud Consultant
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  • Desirable experience: Datorama, Informatica/Jitterbit/Talend/Dell Boomi, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio & Google Analytics (360).

What can you expect from our hiring process

1st step: Cultural fit interview

During this face-to-face interview,  we want to meet the candidate and understand the expectations regarding career plan and motivation and give the candidate an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment. Also laying out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed  together!

2nd step: Technical test

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

3rd step: Technical Interview with the team

After passing the technical test, it’s time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
